Hey all,
I will share a series of Victorian recipes dating back to the 1800’s. These recipes are unique because they were used on a day to day basis for Lord and Lady Braybrooke at the Audley End House in Essex, England.
The real hero behind the inspiration is Mrs. Avis Crocombe the Cook at the Audley End House.
The credit goes to the English Heitage, who has painstakingly recreated the otherwise long lost traditions of the English society. Keep your eyes on my blog to see all the interesting recipes that you could make at home.
And a special blog will come along dedicated to Avis Crocombe too!!
Happy reading Happy cooking!
