Wellness by Ruth is a Wellness and Performance Consultancy where I give individual or group counselling and together we talk out a solution to various issues that we face on a daily basis. As a certified Performance Consultant, I understand the weight and frustration of feeling like there is more out there for you, but not knowing where to turn to first. Like you want to talk to someone, but, not knowing where to begin, or the fear of being judged and underestimated. That’s why my mission is simple: give my clients the wellness education, space and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures.
